About
Built for the practice, by people in one
Atlas started from a specific frustration: every dental office has the same list of work that matters and never gets finished, and every AI tool sold to fix it was a chat window that waited to be asked.
What we believe
The bottleneck is not capability, it is initiative. A general assistant can already write a good recall message. It will never be the thing that notices Tuesday came and the list did not get worked. That is the actual gap, and it is the one Atlas is built to close.
One product beats twenty tools. A practice does not need another login. It needs the work done in one place, by something that already knows how the office runs.
An agent you cannot stop is not a feature. Approvals, spend caps, a readable audit log, and a kill switch are on by default. You loosen them deliberately, not by forgetting to tighten them.
Say what the product does not do. We publish the full capability comparison, including everything the lower plan cannot do, before you buy rather than after. A practice that discovers a limit in month two is a practice we mis-sold.
Where Atlas sits
Atlas is part of Dental Document, operated by the same company, and is sold and priced as its own product. Both halves are true and neither is hidden. You sign up and sign in through Dental Document, which is where the business associate agreement is signed, and a practice already on Dental Document reaches Atlas from its Hub.
Atlas is operated by Casaway Capital, LLC.
