An AI team for your practice
The work your practice never gets to, done.
Unscheduled treatment, recall, the inbox, the SOPs in one person's head, the reports nobody pulls. Atlas is one product with a team of AI agents that handles the recurring work of a dental office, so your team can be with patients instead of catching up.
Nothing reaches a patient without your approval. Every action is logged, and you can stop any agent at any time.
- Nothing reaches a patient without your approval
- Every action logged
- Kill switch on every agent
The list every practice has
None of this is hard. It is just never anybody's job at 4:45.
Every practice has the same pile of work that matters and never gets finished. Not because the team is bad, but because the team is with patients. This is the pile.
Treatment plans nobody followed up on
Cases presented, not scheduled, then buried in a report nobody opens. The follow-up is real revenue and it is always the first thing to slip.
The recall list, always a week behind
Patients due, patients overdue, patients who cancelled in March. The list exists. Working it is what there is never time for.
SOPs that live in one person going on maternity leave
How the office actually runs is in somebody's head, and it walks out the door with them.
The morning huddle nobody writes down
Decisions made standing up at 7:50 and forgotten by lunch, so the same problem gets solved again next week.
Reports the practice pays for and never pulls
Production, collections, aging, hygiene reappointment. The numbers are there. Somebody has to go get them.
The inbox at the end of a clinical day
Insurance, labs, vendors, patients. Answered late, or answered by whoever is least busy, which is not the same as best.
One product
Not another app to check. A team that does the work.
The last thing a practice needs is a twentieth login. Atlas is one product that covers most of what the office repeats every day, and one place you talk to. You do not assemble it from parts, you do not manage a grid of tools, and you do not learn a new interface for each job. You ask Atlas, and the right agent does the work.
That is the whole argument. Most of the recurring work of a dental office, in one place, done rather than tracked.
Your AI team
Each agent owns a job and runs it
These are not chatbots you have to prompt into being useful. Each one owns a job, works it start to finish, and stops for you on anything that matters. Every agent below exists on both plans.
Triage the inbox and draft the replies
Every message sorted by what it is and what it needs, with a reply drafted and waiting for a nod. Insurance, labs, vendors, patients.
Work the unscheduled treatment list
Cases presented and not scheduled, followed up on a real cadence instead of whenever somebody remembers, so the production you already diagnosed gets booked.
Keep hygiene full
Due, overdue, and lapsed patients worked continuously, with the reason they lapsed taken into account rather than one blast to everyone.
Turn what is in your head into SOPs
Phone scripts, protocols, checklists, and training written from how your office actually runs, so the practice does not depend on one person remembering.
Keep the shelves stocked
Watches what you use, flags what is running low, and prepares the order so somebody is not counting boxes on a Friday.
Bring you the numbers without the spreadsheet night
Production, collections, aging, and hygiene reappointment assembled and summarized on a schedule, so you decide on facts instead of feel.
Add custom agents for the work that is specific to your office, and keep a human in the loop on anything that leaves the practice.
Your second brain, visualized
See everything your practice knows, connected
Your second brain is not a folder of files, it is a living map: every protocol, every phone script, every SOP and document, and the connections your agents draw on, in one view that grows as the practice does.

What is underneath
Most AI tools give you a chatbot. Atlas gives you the stack.
Agents that are actually useful need three things: knowledge, memory, and the ability to act. Atlas brings all three together and maintains them as one, so you do not have to. We do not hide the stack. We simplify it.
Obsidian
Your practice's second brain: SOPs, phone scripts, protocols, brand voice, and history in plain, portable Markdown you own. Your agents read from it and write back to it, so the whole team works from one source of truth. No black box, no trapped knowledge.
Hermes
Memory and planning. Your agents remember across tasks, plan the work, and improve over time instead of starting from scratch every session.
Atlas operator
The hands. Built into Atlas and run on Atlas's own secure platform: your agents read the pages you point them to, draft, file, follow up, and execute real work with scoped access and approvals.
Atlas
Atlas connects the vault, the brain, and the operator into one maintained, practice-ready product with approvals, scoped access, and dental workflows, and keeps it current as these projects evolve.
Obsidian gives agents knowledge. Hermes gives agents memory. Atlas gives them hands, and gives your practice the whole thing, as one product.
Obsidian and Hermes are trademarks of their respective owners. Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The engine, handled
Serious agent power, without touching the engine
Under the hood your agents pair Atlas's own built-in operator, for hands-on work such as drafting, filing, following up, and executing, with Hermes for memory and planning, so they remember across tasks and improve instead of starting over each time. Standing that up yourself takes real technical work. With Atlas it arrives configured, secured, and maintained, so you get what it can do from day one without learning any of it.
Meet HermesClaw: the operator and the brain, working as one.
The Atlas operator does the hands-on work, Hermes does the memory and planning, and Atlas runs them together for you.
Hermes is a trademark of its respective owner. Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. HermesClaw is the Atlas mascot.

A fair question
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Because a chat window waits for you. That is the whole difference. A general assistant is excellent when you have already decided what to do, sat down, and typed it out. The work in this list fails at the step before that: nobody sits down.
It does not wait to be asked
Atlas agents run on a schedule and on triggers. The recall list gets worked on Tuesday whether or not anybody remembered it was Tuesday.
It remembers your practice
Your protocols, your phone scripts, your tone, your history. You are not re-explaining the practice at the top of every conversation.
It can actually do the thing
Drafting a follow-up is not the job. Sending it, logging it, and picking it back up next week is the job. Atlas closes the loop, with your approval on anything that leaves the practice.
Security and trust
Capable agents, with the guardrails built in
Atlas takes a powerful open-source agent stack and wraps it in the privacy, control, and reliability a practice needs, so you get what AI agents can do without the risk that usually comes with them.
Your practice data stays yours, and stays private.
Everything your agents work with is kept in your own private space, never pooled with other practices, and used only for your work.
Every practice is walled off from every other.
Each customer runs in its own sealed, single-use environment. What happens in your workspace stays in your workspace, with no path for one practice's information to reach another.
You stay in control of anything that matters.
For anything that leaves the practice, the agents ask first. Nothing goes to a patient, a payer, or a vendor without your say-so.
There is always a record.
Every action your agents take is logged in plain view, with a kill switch, so you always know what was done and when. No mystery, no black box.
HIPAA compliant
Atlas is HIPAA compliant, operated by Casaway Capital, LLC under the same business associate agreement and Delve-managed security program as Dental Document. Every customer signs that agreement at signup, on either plan. What differs is whether Atlas reaches patient data: Connect does, and Core has no practice management connection, so it sends nothing to a patient.
Two plans
Same team. The difference is what it knows.
Every agent exists on both plans. No agent is held back to sell you an upgrade. What the higher plan buys is information: whether Atlas works from what you tell it, or from your actual schedule, production, and ledger.
Core
The full team, working from what you give it: your documents, your protocols, your figures, your inbox. No practice management connection, no patient data, and nothing sent to a patient.
Connect
Everything in Core, plus the practice management connection, so the same agents work from your real schedule, production, and ledger. Booking, recall, treatment follow-up, and reporting with your actual numbers.
Getting started
Three steps to a working AI team
Tell it the job
Describe the work the way you would to a new hire, or start from an agent that already knows the job.
It does the work
The agent plans the job and runs it, and stops for your approval on anything that reaches a patient or leaves the practice.
You review and move on
Approve, adjust, or stop it. No babysitting, and a full record of what happened.
Questions
The things practices ask first
What is Atlas?
Atlas is an AI team for a dental practice. It is one product that handles the recurring work of the office: inbox triage, treatment follow-up, recall, SOPs and training, huddle and meeting notes, supply ordering, and reporting. You talk to Atlas and it does the work.
Do I need to be technical?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure. You describe the work in plain language, the way you would explain it to a new team member.
What is the difference between Core and Connect?
Every agent exists on both plans. The difference is what Atlas knows. Core works from what you give it. Connect adds the practice management connection, so Atlas works from your real schedule, production, and ledger. Same team, better information.
Can Atlas book an appointment on Core?
No. On Core the agent triages the inbox and drafts replies, but it cannot book, move, or confirm an appointment, because it cannot see your schedule. Scheduling needs the practice management connection, which is Connect.
Does Atlas contact my patients?
On Core, nothing goes to a patient at all. On Connect, anything that reaches a patient goes through your approval first. You decide how much authority each agent has and can stop it at any time.
Is it safe to let an agent take actions?
Agents run inside isolated, single-use workspaces with scoped access, approval gates on anything that leaves the practice, full logging, and a kill switch. See the security page for detail.
What is Atlas actually built on?
Atlas brings together a knowledge vault (Obsidian) and a memory and planning brain (Hermes) with its own built-in operator that does the hands-on work. Atlas integrates, secures, packages, and maintains them as one practice-ready product. You only ever work with Atlas.
Do I need Dental Document to use Atlas?
No. Atlas is a standalone product you can buy directly. Atlas connects to Dental Document, so if your practice already uses Dental Document you can reach Atlas from your Hub, but it is not required.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Core has a 14-day trial. Connect does not, because standing up a practice management connection takes longer than fourteen days, so the trial would expire before the product finished setting up. Practices trial the workforce on Core, then connect the practice after subscribing to Connect.
